Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the BlockBlitz app ("BlockBlitz", "we", "us"). By downloading or using BlockBlitz you agree to them. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Using the app

• Use BlockBlitz for personal, non-commercial entertainment and in line with the law.
• Don't cheat, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the app, its ads, its purchases or Game Center leaderboards.
• We may remove scores from leaderboards that appear to be obtained unfairly.

2. Virtual items

Coins, stars, power-ups, skins and other in-game items are a limited license to use content inside BlockBlitz. They have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred or sold. Rewards such as the Endless Secret reward are in-game items only.

3. Purchases

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, Starter Pack) can be restored from Settings > Restore purchases. Consumable coin packs can't be restored once spent.

4. Ads

BlockBlitz is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching an optional video ad. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

5. Content and ownership

The app, its design, graphics, sounds and code belong to BlockBlitz. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game, change features or balance, or stop offering it. We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted here with a new date.

7. Disclaimer

BlockBlitz is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or loss of game progress.
