Most questions are answered below. If not, email us at support@blockblitz.ma. The quickest way is Settings → Contact support in the app, which adds your app version and device for us. We usually reply within 2 business days.
Purchases
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads
Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Make sure you're connected to the internet.
My coins didn't arrive after buying a pack
Close and reopen the app with an internet connection: unfinished purchases are delivered automatically on launch. If they still don't appear, email us the date of the purchase (from your Apple receipt).
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
Ads & rewards
"Video not ready yet" when I tap a reward
Videos need a connection and occasionally aren't available. Wait a few seconds and try again. With Remove Ads, all video rewards are free and instant.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA/UK: Settings → Ad privacy choices. For personalized ads on any iPhone: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
I didn't get my daily reward
The daily reward opens on the home screen once per day (it resets at midnight, local time). Keep your streak by opening the app every day: day 7 is the big one.
Game
Scores don't appear on the leaderboard
Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center, then reopen the app. New scores can take a few minutes to show.
How do the Endless seals work?
Each seal shows a riddle describing what you need to do on the board. They must be broken in order, in one Endless run; power-ups don't count. Continuing after a game over keeps your seals; starting a new run resets them.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
Progress is stored on your iPhone. Purchases can be restored on any device with your Apple Account. Your coin balance survives a reinstall on the same device.
How do I turn off reminders, sound or vibration?
In the app: Settings → Preferences. Reminders can also be changed in iOS Settings → Notifications → BlockBlitz.
